House Rules

We are very pleased to welcome you as a guest in our house. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we ask you to observe the following house rules and to pass them on to all fellow travelers.

1. We kindly ask you to pay the full amount at check-in to ensure a smooth stay.
2. The main entrance and reception are closed between 8.00 pm and 6.30 am.
3. In case of an emergency, please dial “+49 1520 7467430” or “100” from your room telephone
4. Please follow the escape and rescue plan, which is clearly visible on your room door.
5. Please respect the night’s rest from 10.00 pm to 6.30 am.
   (We ask you to be particularly considerate at this time)
6. Alcoholic drinks are not permitted in the hotel room.
7. Smoking is not prohibited throughout the hotel.
8. Visitors may not be received in the hotel room, but are welcome in the hotel lobby.
9. Pets are allowed in the hotel, but only one dog per room.
   (Permission applies to the main booking guest only).
10. Breakfast is served as a buffet between 6.30 am and 10.00 am.
11. Food from the breakfast buffet may only be consumed in the breakfast room and is not permitted in the hotel room or to be taken away.
    (The hotel is not obliged to offer a packed lunch instead of breakfast)
12. Check out is until 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
13. We accept no liability for valuables such as cash, travel documents etc.
14. The guardian has legal responsibility for underage group members/persons
    (He is responsible for ensuring that the house rules are observed by the whole group at all times)
15. In the event of willful or negligent damage in the hotel, the group/guest is liable.
16. In case of heavy damage we charge a separate cleaning fee.

17. The regulations of our employees must be followed.
